The best thing abou this book is the front cover. It attracts gullible readers who think that the high price may be justified. The 60 pages of wrong information, often contradictory, and not medically supported. The 40 pages "bonus" of 12 recipes is so badly written that even a chef would thrash the book. Hence the disclaimers inside. The advice is often contradictory :"drink cider vinegar 1/2 hour before meal" ; 2 lines later "eat something immediately" ! The recipes are a mess: prep time ; 5-10 mins for a marinade (tofu left 3hrs to marinate), 2 sauces, slicing 8 kinds of vegs, cooking noodles and rice paper! Of course, rolls are not rolled, nor are wraps wrapped! A waste of paper that shows only the greediness of the author by passing rubbish as a "cure", copying many other books, and total disregard for the hopeful sufferers. Downloading an info sheet on healthy lifestyle for NASH (NAFLD) patients from your local hospital's information service is 100times safer and free. The lack of info about the author is another giveaway on their total lack of medical qualification (or culinary). Badly written. unedited and untrustworthy rubbish like that should never be published. A trustworthy editor would have binned it.

Interesting, but get fed up with buying fatty liver cures only to find out that you are unable to do most of them if you are on medication. Good for those people who aren't on medication if any exist by the time they have a fatty liver!

I did not appreciate this is a USA publication. Many of the food ingredients are not available in the UK. Too much written on liver / bowel cleanse and far less on a variation of food menus.

Very informative book with lots of guidelines to keep our Liver healthy & fit.It has well explained procedure for liver cleanse & stomach cleanse which can be performed free of cost at home
