In Style Eyes Relaxed Classic BiFocal Reading Glasses Set

OK, here is the deal. The frames are cool. It seems pretty well made and they look good but, and it is a big one, the half moon bifocals are upside down, at least mine were. The round bifocal lenses that are almost always down on glasses, are up toward the middle with these. The transition between the round to the clear distance is odd and blurry. Also because the round part of the bifocal is high up, it makes it hard for me to see in the distance and where the bifocals are placed, hard to read. I have to return them even though the frames are nice otherwise. I will try and buy from this seller again though because they were super fast on shipping, the glass case and cleaning cloth are really nice and again the frames are cool looking. Just know these lenses sort of look like Kryptok lenses. So, nice glasses, bad bifocal design, at least for me. Someone commented to me that I looked like an owl, but she said not because of the style, but because the bifocals were upside down. I looked in the mirror and realized I did look like an owl. Yikes, not what I was going for, so back they go! I wish all sellers would show what the bifocal lenses looked like on the glasses so we would know.UPDATE: I initially gave two stars to these glasses, but this company, In Style Eyes, has great customer service. They quickly refunded my money. There was no hassle either and I appreciate that. A company that would do that shows class. This is a great seller to buy from and they did not even ask me to change my stars. I am doing so because they back their product. These glasses, as I stated prior, are great glasses and very cool looking. Actually I haven't found any frames that look that good. It is me that I do not like the Kryptok type bifocal lenses, but if round or oval bifocal lenses don't bother you, these should be fine for you. In Style Eyes has great customer service.That is worth another two stars, so I up my review to four stars.

I have purchased a couple of pairs of these and have been mostly happy. It was wonderful not having to keep a pair of readers nearby or perched on my head. I did not have a problem with the top part of the glasses being unclear as some have stated. However, all pairs have broken at the hinge area after some use. That is the case with the pair I am wearing now. I am going to try another brand with a spring hinge so see if that helps, but if not, I will purchase these again.

I am very satisfied with the two pairs of bifocal readers I purchased. The frames are the "in" look for now, so the glasses are very flattering. The reading part is round or moon shaped, which some people do not like, but they are fine with me, and I can read or work on my iPad and watch TV at the same time, which is my reason for wanting bifocals. One pair I ordered were "tortoise" and they were quite dark, and I was hoping for a giraffe looking tortoise. But all in all I am very satisfied. The case hopefully will prevent scratching and breakage for a time.

These are very good glasses. Lightweight, comfortable and stylish in a nerdy sort of way. The Bifocals are a little smaller than I expected, but work well and are well-positioned for looking down. The glass in both the bifocal and the clear is not wavy or distorted. These bifocals are not stick-on. I'm very satisfied.

I don't wear prescription glasses, I just use reading glasses. These are great for every day wear so that I don't have to put my reading glasses on and off a million times a day.I would really love them if they lasted longer. I have a few pairs stashed around the house and in the car. One pair that I wore most every day for several months broke in two places and had to be thrown away after just 3 months. I take pretty good care of my glasses. I have had several pairs of sunglasses which have lasted me for more than 5 years. The good part is that they were not very expensive, so the loss is little. We will see how the other pairs hold up. If they get more mileage than a few months, I would consider them to be a great value. Right now I would rate them as okay.I'm still giving them 4 stars based on how well they work to get the job done on a daily basis. I love getting to put them on and not having to take them off.

I had cataract surgery and have lost completely my close vision. I have multiple pairs of single power reading glasses for specific distances, i.e., computer, book, very close work. But with these far vision is lost. These bifocals are great when it is vital or preferable to have both decent close vision and distance vision simultaneously. Driving and being able to look at a map, watching TV and seeing the buttons on a remote, picking the onions out of a salad, reading the hymnal while seeing the kids at church picking their noses. I like these bifocals. I have 2 pair as well as two pair of bi-focal sunglasses.

The glasses are very stylish, I like the look. The reader portion is good. My problem is the top clear portion distorts things or blurs things. I take them off and can see clear in distance so it’s not my eyes. I have bought 3 pair to keep in different areas and the hinges have also broke. So I will look for another company.
