I have been using these in my Doogie Dooley for about 2 weeks now. They seem to be working. The odor is minimal and the hole does not appear to be filling up quickly.

This works but must modify instructions
We have 2 pit mixes - total of 125 lbs of dog. Through must trial and error this is the combo that keeps the system working - you DO NOT want this to back up and have to shovel it out unless you have a VERY STRONG stomach:• use 4 tablespoons (not 1 as recommended) once a week added after pouring in 1 gallon of water.• you must scoop and add water daily to prevent back up. Missing multiple days will cause it to stop breaking down or overload itThe tablets do not work at all for us.This bucket is NOT a 1 year supply - lasts about 3 months for us.

Not perfect
Works much slower than I would want. Better than the tablets which didn't seem to work at all. Have had our doggy dooley for about 1.5 years and we have needed to dig a second hole/restart the process because it doesn't breakdown waste fast enough.

Worked in outhouse
I dumped the entire bag in to my cabin outhouse in the spring and it worked great all summer. I do this every year.

It Works!
I put this in my Dooley twice a week since we're having a HOT month! Yes, there is a bit of odor when I open the Dooley but I didn't expect that this would remove it completely. After all, it's a 'doodie hole' filled with water! LOL! I handle my Dooley chore first thing in the morning. I pour in fresh water and enzymes (when it's time) before the sun hits it and I don't have any issues. Adding water EVERY day is CRUCIAL (I add a full watering can)!!!!Once the sun is up, our Dooley gets hit by direct sunlight ALL day and you can't smell a thing! Everyone who has seen it is surprised it doesn't stink! Install the Dooley properly and use your Enzymes and you and your pets will be happy campers!PS: Two people who have seen our Dooley have bought them for their own yards!

waste of money and waste of time
Not sure how others got this to work. Followed instructions and now I have a 4ft deep hole with lots of poop and nothing works to reduce it! Been months!
