Wonderfully baby soft
I bought this to replace the flat sheet from a different bedding set that got torn up in the wash, but it's so luxurious I'm going to buy a whole set. I've had tactile sensitivities my whole life, the kind of kid who tore the tags out of all his clothes and insisted on wearing his socks inside-out, and I'm in love with how this feels. The modal fabric makes it feel like expensive high-quality tencel or bamboo rayon bedding, but the 51% cotton gives it significantly more durability. It truly feels like something they'd use to make a newborn's blanket.

Deceiving picture & description
Bad description! Deceiving picture and details of what you were actually getting. Looks like a flat sheet, fitted sheet and two pillowcases..... In reality all that comes is one flat sheet! Not impressed!
