Hello, Yes this can be ran without a power steering pump. We would recommend using a ribbed pulley instead of a smooth pulley for proper belt routing with this kit. Q: Will stock belt work?

Unfortunately, it wont. but for that set up using just the factory tensioner set up it would be a 79-inch belt, dayco part number 790K6.
