Know back size u do not want a small on a clarge size body. But works great so get correct size.
A great product that helps with pain and lasts quite awhile. Stays on also.I just got icy hot sleeves also double order for I have to put 1 on eAch knee for the pain gets so bad but with the patches for my knees and back , I have to order double to keep me supplied! But it is worth it to not be in horrible pain for awhile and not get surgery! I just wish they gave coupons or larger Qualities for they get used up so fast especially the sleeves! But I now order double amount to hold me until next shipment also u now can have the delivery Automaticly shiped As often as u want and do not run out!!! These work really well for the lower back aches.
This keeps me going if the back is gonna act up. Put one on in the morning and the relief is all day.
