Well made hat with deep body. Pull it on snug and it’s a challenge for the wind to blow if off.

I love my John Deere cap. It looks worn and is super comfortable. I wasn’t sure if I could wear one without being a poseur, because the only John Deere gear I own is a riding lawnmower. However, I asked around and the general consensus was that if you own a key for your John Deere tractor (even if it’s only a riding mower tractor) then you have the bonafides to wear the cap. If you just own a push mower (with no key) then you’re just a wanna-be who hasn’t earned the right to wear the hat.Functionally, it’s a great hat with an adjustable velcro strip. It’s a quality hat that stays put while moving and keeps the sun out of your eyes. It does an excellent job hiding that part of my head where my hair is thinning. My wife finds me more attractive than ever because the hat reminds her that I’m still useful for some things that she would prefer not to do herself or pay someone to do. I find the hat puts others at ease, letting them know that I’m genuine and relateable, the kind of man who values a handshake agreemeent and knows the importance of a hard day’s work.The inside of the hat has a beautiful logo artwork detail that captures your attention in those moments when you remove the cap - to wipe your brow after a long afternoon of mowing; to show respect while praying; or to toss it in the air in a jubilant expression of celebration when something amazing happens in life. It’s a nice touch that most hats don’t bother with.I would say that my life has been about 4.3 percent better since I got this hat, and that’s a pretty decent return on investment considering the price.

My husband loves this vintage John Deere hat! It looks great on him and now he doesn't want to wear any other hat. It washes up nice though - so no problems.
