Disappointed that the book has no pictures for the child to see

Not a recipe book at all. It says to go and buy a boxed cake, then it tells you the instructions, which is a total waste of time as the instructions come on the box anyway. I thought it was recipes from scratch which would teach my grandson skills, but sadly not.

If I'd wanted my chd to learn how to bake using packet mixes I'd of bought him a packet cake mix. I bought him this book to teach him how to bake from scratch and 80% of these recipes don't do that.

Really disappointed! Firstly no photos or pictures, kids engage with visuals so this is not great.Nearly all the recipes require some shop bought box cake mix, some of which I'm not sure are available in the UK

I would like to congratulate the authors on this zero effort book. With only a few basic recipes copy pasted from the Internet at the start of the book, the rest of the book is hilarious. "Contains easy recipes with 5 or less ingredients" is technically true. If one of those ingredients is "packet cake mix" it fully defeats the point. I understand why there are no pictures in there. They would be copyright infringing on other people's products. I have some ideas for a sequel if anyone is interested. Excellent quality. The binding and the quality of book is very good.

This book has some great and easy recipes. My daughter (12) has already made a few herself with little to no assistance from me. I wish it had a few more pictures of the food but that is just a personal preference.
