I'm in my late 20's and have had 2 back surgeries in less than a year. I still occasionally have some residual pain and I don't know what it is, but these things work! They smell kind of like Vicks Vaporub and when you put it on there is kind of a cool, tingly sensation, but the pain and discomfort begins to abate right away. With their size they can be a bit tricky to put on by yourself (well, on your lower back at least). I recommend getting some help the first couple times, but now that I know just how sticky and a bit stretchy they are I can apply it myself. They do have a little elasticity to them and I find stretching them - just a teensy bit - seems to help them stay on better/longer. They last for hours and hours and I can wear them under clothes without them tearing off. And there is no residual stickiness! I always keep some in my bag when I travel, just in case. I have tried those heat wraps and icy hot patches and they just don't cut it - these are the only patches I use so I definitely recommend them.

I love these.... They apply easily and are extremely comforting. There's something relaxing about the smell. I've used this at the back of my knee, where I've had an injury. They're long lasting and the warmth they provide relieves and relaxes tightened muscles.

They help the pain, be careful when pulling clear sheet off, hold the corners. The round corners lay the best, new not here yet. For this price, it's hard to find 2 Large packs.

My husband and I both use these for lower back pain as needed and we feel like out all of the different brands we've tried, these work the best.
