RED HEART E302C.0312 Super Saver Jumbo Yarn, Black

I have been a Red Heart customer for over 50 years. Red Heart Super Saver is my go-to yarn. This was purchased to make a crocodile stitch cape for a gift. This yarn works well and produces a good looking item. I have made a similar item with a different color before so the result is known. I also use it for plastic canvas work. It fills in well and holds up. Out of the other yarns I have tried and used in the past, I keep coming back to my favorite-Red Heart. Washes well, wears well.

purchased as a gift for somebody else that was having a hard time locating it in our local stores. Did not disappoint, exact color and style she was looking for.

I ordered two colors of this Red Heart yarn from the same product item and just changed the color. The Pumpkin color was the size I am normally accustomed to when purchasing Red Heart yarn, 14 oz. The camo was quite a bit smaller even though it is also labeled jumbo, and only 10 oz.Also, when rolling the camo skane into a ball, half way through, it was knotted. Not just a tangle either, it was two loose ends tied together. However a little disappointed this time, I generally like Red Heart.

I know that this yarn wasn’t an ombré but I thought the segment for each color would be longer so I can’t use it for the projects I bought it for. I was able to do one project with it and not hate it, but I am struggling to find more that this yarn will work with. Typical Red Heart quality of yarn, just not what I thought it wa.

I’m currently crocheting an afghan with this yarn and it’s turning out beautifully! The yarn is not as soft as other yarn l’ve used, but it makes up for it in the hues of the ombré. Simply lovely and a great value!

I was able to make 6 yarn wigs for Halloween costumes with these 3 skeins. A good bargain.

Estoy tejiendo un cárdigan talla M y estoy segura de que me alcanzará para un top o una bufanda, (aclaró que compre dos madejas).Además me llegó antes de la fecha estimada.

The pumpkin coloured yarn is a great cheery orange colour for making items for halloween.

Love this yarn. Have wanted to use it for so long but it has always been out of my price range. Love the way the colour starts pale and gradually gets darker and darker then gets lighter

I live working with the red heart colours. There's a lot of great combinations to work with. The acrylic is relatively soft compared to cheaper acrylics, durability is very good, and the colours are bright. I'm making a coat out of the wildflower, and have gone through 4 skeins. I should be finished soon, and am looking forward to having a bright, unique piece.

These are a true value for your money. Their is such a lot of yarn in each ball and it is easy to work with because of the 'twist' as I call it. This yarn is NOT falling apart and unwinding as you crochet or knit. It is a real "4" and perfect for afghans or sweaters, tuques or scarves. Colours are vibrant and so many to choose from. I machine cold water wash it and dry on low heat and it looks like new after a year.
