Light weight, and not super bright. Just bright enough to see for night time reading. Came fast, and chargers easily. Like it a lot.

I've had my e-reader for ten years. It's just as good as the newer e-readers on the market, with the exception that it's not backlit. I recently, reluctantly browsed the internet to buy a newer e-reader with a back-light, but lamented the idea of wasting money and adding to waste in the world by throwing out a perfectly functioning e-reader and replacing it with a new one.Thankfully, I came upon this LED reading light, that has many advantages and features, including, the build quality seems durable, not cheap; it's adjustable and flexible; it has brightness control and it has a rechargeable built in battery that is charged via usb. Not, only does this device work well with my ereader, but it fulfills my needs as a graduate student when I have to read late into the night or while traveling and I need a light to read my textbooks when there's no lighting or low lighting. The lighting projects evenly across the screen or pages, adding sufficient light to make reading in the dark easy.I am glad I researched this device over other similar devices, because not only did I save money by not having to buy a new e-reader for the back-light, but I'm saving money by not having to constantly buy new batteries or worry about not having a new battery on hand when the battery loses it charge. I just need to plug it in to recharge it. It fully charges within 30 minutes. A good buy!

Bought this light to use while reading in bed while my husband is asleep. It works very well.. clips onto my books just fine, but it is very bright. It woke him up most of the time so I had to buy a different one. It's great for reading when no one is sleeping beside you.

This like is great for nighttime or dark area reading. It holds on pretty well to my old kindle. Comes shipped flat and is adjustable and can be bent slightly to direct light. There are 4 brightness settings. And you must cycle through them to turn it off.The charger is built in to the device. See photo of little metal clips. Supposedly you take the clip off and plug this little middle piece into your usb and it charges it that way. As I just received this today I haven’t checked that out yet.I did try this in a regular book as well and as long as you have 10 or so pages to clip to the back of the clip has a base wide enough to stabilize the light. I don’t think I would use this as a bookmark on a nice book as it’s a little over 1/4” at the light end and almost an inch at the clip end.Over all yea it’s worth the money.

This light fits perfectly onto my eReader (kobo) and I like the idea of the additional illumination of light also the ease of recharging.
