ReebokReebok Double Sided 6 mm Yoga Mats

Having practised Ashtanga for years, this yoga mat seems aimed at brand enthusiasts who don't actually do much yoga but want to look like they do.The standard yoga mat is the ubiquitous cheap rubber one which gives you cushioning from impact on the floor and a sticky texture to help you hold asanas, They generally cost around £10 and they're all pretty much the same. If you want to show off you use a fabric mat (as they make holding asanas much more difficult and work your muscles more), rather than paying more for a branded rubber mat.As rubber yoga mats go, this works well enough. But no better or worse than cheaper ones. The picture shows it being used grey side up, and personally I found grey side up more effective, but you could use it either way. The Reebok branding can't be removed.For the price I'd expect it to come with a carrying bag (it doesn't), and it's a bit annoying that it's recommended you wash the mat before use. That's assuming I'm reading the pictorial instructions correctly (see photo attached).It works, but cheaper mats work just as well. If you're buying it for the branding be aware that gym faux yoga classes may be impressed by branding, but real yoga classes aren't. Paying more than necessary for a mat, and flaunting branding, is considered a bit pretentious and against the spirit of yoga and it's teachings. Rather than look 'professional', you'll look a fool.

Comfortable to use

Very poor product, don't even feel like a genuine one from Reebok. Within one week only it started chipping off from places. That too when I have used it only on tiled floor in my room. I think the seller is selling duplicate Reebok items. G

Please don’t buy, it’s a look like cheat. We are requesting for return. The look and feel including the pictures shown and the one that came are very different. Hope REEBOK takes action on the seller

Product is withering away on first use. Maybe the product was lying in godown of seller from years and it has got damaged by weathering.
