Stick with OEM parts for Jaccuzi toilet
I have a 12 year old Jaccuzi toilet and the flapper suddenly failed and WOULD NOT seal under any circumstances. This toilet has been problematic from day one but that’s a long story. While is was tempting to go with the el cheapo brands, I can now see from the design that probably only the OEM will work well. While expensive, the install took 5 min and worked perfectly.

Our toilet works like a new toilet and the part cost a lot less than a new toilet
Three plumbers over several years tried to stop our Jacuzzi toilet from leaking. One replaced all the parts. Another one raised the water level in the tank. The last one said "get a new toilet" but we didn't want to buy something new if the old one could be repaired. A friend's handy brother checked our toilet and realized that the pros had not used Jacuzzi parts to fix it. He ordered this part, installed it in minutes, and our toilet no longer leaks.Henry

Pricey but a true fit
The Jacuzzi toilets need their own flapper. A must have as others do not work. That being said it is pricey for a toilet flapper but works well.

It works
I have a Jacuzzi toilet. When it started to run I had a plumber install a new flapper. After a few days the new one kept getting stuck open. I called them back and he fiddled with it and said there wasn't anything wrong with it, it just got loose. It worked for a few days then got stuck open again. So I did some research and found this one. I was hesitant because of the price but it was cheaper than calling another plumber. I installed it myself. (I didn't realize how easy it was.) It fits and works perfectly. If you have a Jacuzzi toilet and are having trouble with your flapper I highly recommend this one.
