Depends on the color dress. Comes in black also. Can't wear gold with that.

Q: I typically wear 14-16 would the L or the XL fit better?

XL was too small for me, and I usually wear a 14-16. I had to go to some other dresses available on Amazon that had either the 'plus' or XXL. They tend to run small. I tried on 12 dresses and had to return 11 of them. Most of the XL I ordered were too snug for me. I guess if you like a SNUG fit, it would be fine, but I wanted something that wasn't too snug to show the curves I DON'T want people to see. :) I guess it depends on your measurements. 'Breana' is my height and it fit fine. I'm 5'6" but tend to carry most of my weight around my middle, lower stomach area.

Q: I am 5'1.5 and my measurements are 38-30-40. what size should i get for it to fit perfectly. can i also wear spanx underneath?

I am 5'2" and 34-27-35, and a small worked best. I recommend a medium for you, but a snug fit with Spanx may be your preference. I bought both, but the medium was too large. Wish I could just send it to,you, as I waited too long to return it.

Q: How can I order the extra small? Smallest option to click is small but description says xs is available?

To give you some perspective I am 5'3 1/2 and 130 pounds; purchased the large and it was very snug; then, purchased the XL and it was fine. Anything made in Asia including China is proportioned to their small women; be aware and order your size accordingly.
