Right out of the package I loved it. The hair texture and color are extremely realistic. I ordered the 16 inch and I'm glad I did. It is the perfect length. It is not too short and not too long. Past shoulder so no matting underneath the hair in the back. I think is a good length for older or younger women because it looks like your natural hair. It is very full but not overly full. There is no loud smell when you open the package, but if you put it to your nose, it smells like the hair of a smoker. Washing/product will take care of that. The hair is fairly tapered around the front so it frames your face without having to cut it. Ample baby hair. Fits snug so no need to glue it down unless you want to. Did have to put some makeup in the parting area. Will do another review with photos once I've had it longer. Intend to wear it in it's natural state for awhile without flat ironing or curling. Good buy for the price.

Very good product and amazing customer service. The first wig I ordered was the wrong size and the seller, Coco, had no problem exchanging the wig for me. She kept in contact with me as I waited for my new wig to arrive. I just got it today and it is as described! It’s nice and thick. I was able to run my fingers straight through despite its thickness. Little to no shedding as well. Well deserved five star review! Will be purchasing more products in the future.

This is really nice hair. I trimed it then washed it. And yes I loved the few gray hairs. At my age it looks natural. Conditioned and let air dry. Can,t stop looking at myself in mirror. Looks like I blowed dried my hair and went natural. This is a keeper. The color is like my own hair. Would love to see more natural gray hairs. Is there such a thing as lightly mixed hair ?

This wig is so full and beautiful. I have ordered a lot of trash wigs off of Amazon, but this vendor is legit. I will order again. I dyed, washed and conditioned this unit. This is the state after air drying on manikin head overnight. 24 inches of ♥️

BE AWARE! 13 x 4 lace wig is not a true 13 x 4. The lace section advertisement is more like 1.5-2” not 4”, you cannot do a deep parting. It is limited. Your only option is to wear it to the back or a low ponytail. If you base your decision off the photos, you will be mislead. So if you’re looking for a wig to do half up and half down styles, this is not the wig for you. If you want minimum parting and like to wear your hair down, this is the wig for you. I’ll be returning this wig. Disappointed cuz the hair and customer service is nice. 😭
