To install new pool stick top . This stuff is junk, I did exactly what the directions say let it set for 4 hours attempted to use strict tip fell off 3 hit do not purchase.

Tried several times to glue a new tip on a cue. Never did stick. Waited 10 minutes, slid right off. Waited 2 hours, came off easy. Waited 24 hours, came off as soon as I put it in the lathe. Went back to plain super glue and the tip stuck.
