DID NOT TEST THE PRODUCT WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, HAD A PARTY AFEW DAYS BACK AND WHEN WE PLUGED IT IN IT WAS WORKING BUT AFTER 10 MINS WE GOT ABURNT SMELL AND THE CHCOLATE STOPPED FLOWING AS THE SPINDLE STOPPED TURNING. ITS A HORRIBLE PRODUCT NOT WORTH SELLING.SUPPOSSED TO BE HEAVY DUTY!!! ITS WORSE THEN THE LOCAL SMALL ONES.WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE.

When this arrived, the box was not properly sealed, the blue protective seal was mostly removed, it has water marks and some scratches, and it was dirty: Clearly it is not new. However, once I washed it, it was fine.
