The media could not be loaded. Airports will not let you have it up in the airplane. They put it with the cargo. KC Airport messed up the back wheel.Easy to operate. Easy to fold. Battery last quiet a while. It's a little heavy. It is comfortable. Quality is good. Maneuverability is good.

There are a number of issues 1 the manual is inaccurate my request got me nowhere. I have a few serious safety questions and wanted a phone call and they would rather I return it than answer my concerns

I have been using this for awhile now and am very happy with it. I can get it through my front door easily and open it up without any problems. I have been using it to go for "walks" around my neighborhood with my husband and our dog, something I haven't been able to do for quite some time.I would recommend it to others to buy.

Like the chair, but ordered brown not black. Contacted seller who promised to send brown pads but never received and the customer service person will not return my emails

I purchased this item and immediately loved it. So easy to fold and unfold. Really well designed. Drives best on flat solid surfaces. Inclines with gravel, not so great. They also do not say what the weight limit is in the listing, so beware, if you are over 250 lbs, look elsewhere. Intelligent drive system slowly gets uou to top speed, slows on turning and reverse.

My parents are not tech savvy and this chair is simple to use. Easy setup, sturdy, powerful and fast. Delivery was fast. I highly recommend this company and product.
