Jacob Alexander Men's Solid Fabric Suspenders Braces Convertible Leather Ends and Clips Y-Back

I love that they can be converted from suspenders to braces easily. Most of my dress pants have buttons but some of my casual trousers do not.

This is an initial review on receiving them. They seem to be well made, smoother than I expected them to be. The clasps are very tight on both the adjusters and on the alligator-clamps. The length is a bit short though, I'm over 6' tall and the adjusters have to be set very low to the ends for them to fit me. For my intended purpose under a vest they'll do, but for someone intending to wear them where they'll remain visible, if one is tall then might want to look for a different product.

I put on the suspenders, went to the *formal* venue, removed the suspenders and adjusted their length. When I put them back on (still at the venue) the right clasp would not clamp on to the pants (aka. the jaws stayed open). Awkward. Definitely marred my enjoyment of the event. It turned out that the mechanism had bent.I gave the product two stars because I think that they would be fine if you use them with pants that have suspender buttons. The suspenders themselves have the look of a quality tie and the components, aside from the clasps, appear to be mechanically sound. The Amazon return window for this product was closed at the time it was first used, so no comment on the return process. :-(

Love the fancy look of these. I’m 5’2 and they work great. Love the versatility of the clips and the bottom straps. Easy to swap out. Looks great. Back strap stretches. Only used so far to try on and coordinate wedding attire, so I can’t speak to the longevity of these suspenders. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend.

These are great looking suspenders and I love the button or clip option.I was planning to wear them with my tux, but realized they forgot to add the buttons to my pants. No worries, I'll just use the clips, right? They clipped fine in front, but the back clip wouldn't hold on the thicker middle seam in back. I was SO disappointed because they looked really sharp.I do recommend them - just don't wait until your Uber is on the way to pull them out to put them on!!

Satin-like material more suited for special occasions, not daily use. Great for formal wear!

The fit was good and wide to make a very good fit.

Bought these for my wedding. Held up my pants really well, I used the buttons and removed the clips. The navy color and leather worked well to match shoes and suit.

I disliked this product as soon as I saw it. It looked cheap and not very substantial. I doubt that I will use it.

Too light duty to be useful. Clasps kept popping off. Just sit still you will be ok. What ever you do don't dance. most pants now days don't have the buttons to use the botton hooks.

Ordere two of these for me and my best man....If I managed to jerry rig them together I might be able to fit into them.....maybe.....these suspenders are for a small child....

Good quality and the color was exactly the one in the picture.
