DZT-50-9 Automatic Touchless Infrared Motion Sensor Trash Can, 13 Gal 50L, Stainless Steel Base (Oval, Silver/Black Lid)

Me encantó! Tenía dudas del tamaño pero está perfecto (pongo la comparación con la garrafita de 6 litros de Bonafont). Los colores están súper bonitos, el color de la tapa es gris obscuro, no tan negro como aparece en las fotos. No tiene bote adentro como otros, tiene el anillo que es súper práctico para poner las bolsas y sacar la basura sería súper fácil. No se abre si estás pasando cerca y eso también me preocupaba. Compré las bolsas biodegradables de la marca We Care también vendidas aquí en medida de 90cm y le quedaron perfectas. Responde muy bien a la apertura, es muy silencioso, el tamaño de apertura no es nada pequeño, luce muy bien! Lo atrapé con un mega precio de $1,500 pesos y con entrega al día siguiente. Recomendado 100%.

Ha sido una decepción, lo pedimos por primera vez y nos vimos obligados a devolverlo, ya que no viene envuelto adecuadamente y llego abollado con nosotros; después de varios meses decidimos darle una segunda oportunidad, arriesgándonos a recibirlo nuevamente en mal estado, esta última ocasión llegó bien, sin embargo, la decepción llegó unos meses después, tan solo 7 meses después de haberlo adquirido, el bote dejó de funcionar, creíamos que serían las pilas (trabaja con pilas) pero no fue así, vaya es decepcionante que no nos duro ni un año ya que para ser un bote de basura el precio es bastante elevado.Son dos malas experiencias, la primera que recibimos un producto dañado y la segunda que simplemente dejó de funcionar.

I owned a DZT-50-9 trash for many years, it worked very well and the automatic lid was most convenient. The lid mechanism recently failed and a lid replacement was not available separately so I ordered a DZT-80-35 21 gallon trash can. It was delivered promptly, however, on inspection the can was severely damaged, the construction appeared flimsy and the can was returned. I then ordered the DZT-50-9 which was an exact replacement for my previous can. This can was also dented and appeared flimsy though the lid was intact. Rather than returning it I put the new lid on my old can which seemed to be more robust than the new one, and it works well. It is hoped that the issue with the base will be resolved in future manufacturing in what is otherwise a well designed unit.

It is a nice stainless steel touchless trash can. It is very handy when you have lots in your hands and don't want to make the garbage can messy by touching it.My only issue with it is that sometimes the motion sensor doesn't work. It can be due to the battery or sometimes its just silly and doesn't work.However besides that I'm pretty happy with the purchase. It holds a lot of trash and is very handy. A great overall touchless trash can.

Id like to say this I thought was a nice trashcan from all the reviews for it but I learned very fast these kinds of trash cans are total garbage. Reason being every time you walk past it, it opens up so if you thought you were buying it to keep the smell down or keep the smell levels decent. I quickly learned that this trashcan does the exact opposite of what I wanted in a trashcan. Yes its touchless but that means anything that goes buy it will open up. So Im curious as to where one would even put this trashcan away from where you walk and out of the way so that you need to walked out of your way to the trashcan where its least conveniant which seems very pointless to do.I do not recommend this trashcan espically when you have a smaller kitchen even with larger kitchens less you have a place dedicated to a trashcan that isnt in a walking path.
