I have been using what I thought was natural sugar for a good while. Then I discovered that this sugar is completely unprocessed and completely natural with all the mineral and molasses still inside. This is the same as Rapadura, piloncella, and other completely natural sugars, but in a powdered format. It tastes wonderful, so fresh and delicious. And has nothing bad inside. I am so looking forward to Christmas baking to experiment with this sugar in making my old recipes.

This was a nice surprise. This sugar taste wonderful and it is truly unrefined. It's like piloncillo or panela crushed to a powder. All the beautiful tastes and healthy minerals are still in there, in a more convenient form.Most brown sugar are refined sugar with molasses added back into it. And I'm constantly looking for truly unrefined sugar in the process itself. This sugar is that, and I now have it on subscription.I've not tried it in baking yet but I'm pretty sure it'll work great.

I finally found a natural sugar to replace what I was using and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. It blends instantly in a hot cup of coffee, unlike other brands that don’t blend well and end up at the bottom of your cup.

Is natural, less processed. I use it to replace refined white sugar.
