Amazing!!!!
I absolutely love these knives but beware they are really sharp! Cut three fingers within the first week. Absolutely love the weight of them, the handles are also blended into the blade which is really sleek! Scissors are great too! Only negative is that the block sits forward in a way that it takes up a lot of space on the worktop, would be better if it was more upright. Overall would recommend.

Steak knives have started rusting
After only two months of use, the steak knives have started showing signs of rust despite being dishwasher safe. Was hoping to return to Amazon but return window is only one month. Do not recommend this product.

These knives are a high quality great deal
These knives are great. I got the 14 piece forged set of brushed stainless knives in the bamboo block. Of the 14 pieces, 12 are awesome, 1 is awkward, and 1 is just weird. I'll explain:The bamboo block is attractive and solid, along with the built in sharpener. Nice touch, unnecessary, but form meets function and they look good on display. The chef's knife is amazing. Nice balance and weight to it, the forged blade is solid and handily slices through anything and everything with ease and craves for more. The bread knife is a bread knife with attitude. I think the last time I reviewed this, my phrasing caused it to be flagged. Let's just say that you can get some really nice slices with it.The paring knife has kind of a tall blade. I thought it would be awkward, but really, it's a joy and peels things like a champ. The steak knives are high quality and crave a 2" NY StripThen there's the santoku. My wife loves it. I hate it. The handle is like 3/4 sized. Have you ever been inside a room that was 3/4 scale? It's a wacky sensation. Maybe you haven't. Well, imagine you go to play tennis but when you go to get a racket out of your bag, it's a table tennis paddle. That's how this santoku feels. Inappropriately small in the hand, which makes it difficult to use without banging your knuckles on the cutting board.Actually it's good that I had to edit it because I used to think that the utility knife was garbage, but I actually like it a good deal now. It's strangely shaped and is serrated, but personally, it's comfortable and cuts odds and ends really well. I've cut up fruits, deboned steaks and sliced hams with this knife. But aside from the Santoku (which is liked by my wife and my 13 year old daughter), the other 13 items are a pure joy and I would absolutely recommend this knife set.
