Excellent lube, esp for dry, dusty conditions. Easy to wipe the chain clean with a rag post-ride, and the lube does not build up.

Works great. I use it on my road and e-bikes every few rides. Living near the beach and sometimes riding near or through the sand, my chain gets really dirty. This keeps my bike chain quiet and working great. I use it every few rides with a paper towel or cloth (whichever I have available) and it takes a lot of the grim off with lubricating.Don’t expect it to take it all off though, only washing and de-greasing your bike will do that.

This live is easy to apply. It is great in dusty conditions. It keeps the chain clean so you can just brush off a little dust before re applying.

I purchased this to use around the house but mainly wanted to try it as bicycle chain/derailer lubricant. To that end this stuff works great - and the dropper bottle top makes it easy to apply to a chain without making a mess (unlike the pressurized spray can lubes).The only negative (and why I couldn't give it 5 stars) is that it doesn't seem to last very long. After a few weeks of intermittent riding the chains started showing signs of rust and appeared/felt dry. Granted this lube does not appear to attract dirt as the chains were essentially clean and not caked in greasy dirty like with other lubricants I've tried. Perhaps that's the trade-off and one that I'm happy to make even if it will require more frequent application. So it's not a perfect product (those being very rare) so I think 4 stars is a fair rating. I'd give it 4.5 if I could and would recommend this to others seeking an easy to apply, affective, dry lubricant that doesn't make or attract a mess.

I love this product for my bike chain. It really is important to keep the chain lubricated because it will dry out and break. I’ve been using this for a decade and buy nothing else.

As an avid road cyclist I've been using this product for several years for lubricating my bike chains. It definitely extends the life of the chain and I find it also helps keep it clean longer.

I've been using the Boeshield spray for years. The only issue I had was the spray mechanism would stop working before the can was empty. I tried all the standard remedies for a clogged spray nozzle, but always resorted to cutting open the can and pouring the remainder into another container.Only recently did I learn that several of the other Boeshield products are the same formulation as the original. Just packaged/marketed for different audiences.So this "chain" lube is the exact same product that's in the spray can. Spraying a mist instead of squirting a bunch of drops is a little easier for something like a cast iron table. But not enough for me to put up with the spray cans any longer.
