It fits like a glove and covers the light completely to protect ...
So I bought this to hold my Fenix PD35 Tac on my duty belt. It fits like a glove and covers the light completely to protect it. It’s not super bulky for what it is. Maxpedition makes quality gear. My only complaint is minimal, but it sits loose on my 2 1/4” duty belt. Now when belt is on you won’t notice it because it will be against your body. But other then that it’s a great purchase and beats the holster the light came with by a mile.

Quality item. Highly recommended.
I’ve been looking for a decent flashlight holster for my Nitecore MH12 for a long time. The stock holster for that flashlight is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. In fact I lost my first MH12 due to the crappy stock sheath. This sheath is in another class all together. Thick canvas and high quality Velcro. My flashlight fits in perfectly with just enough sticking out to grab on to when you undo the Velcro flap. Highly recommended.

Well constructed
This is a well constructed sheath and fits both my stylus flashlight and my large case copperlock, and closes up fine with both items in it. This is also my first add on piece for my Maxpedition Condor 2. Like Most items by Maxpedition, I can tell this is going to last a long time. The reason for the 4 stars was because of these 2 reasons. 1 was that I thought I was getting a slightly different product. I thought I was getting the sheath that is totally adjustable in the back with velcro and webbing that allows you to attach it different ways and allows you to adjust the height of the flap. Even thought they are the same price, this one is not adjustable at all. It doesn't have velcro and you can't adjust the height of flap. The other reason for the 4 stars was that the webbing on the back was so small and tight, I had a very difficult time getting the Maxpedition Tac Ties through. If I want to move this to another part of my pack, I will have to cut the Tac Tie because I wont be able to remove it. You can't use speedhooks on this sheath, they won't fit. With that said, I still like the sheath, I just wanted other buyers to know what they are getting.

Thick material
Perfect fit for my Fenix PD36R. The material is way better then the one it came with and I can feel safe that it will not rip anytime soon. It is a bigger case overall for the light making it more bulky but for the way I carry it it’s no problem. Also if your flashlight is taller it has some room for it to make it taller.

Best flashlight sheath PERIOD!
I bought this sheath based on Maxpedition's reputation. This was purchased to be used with a Fenix PD35 flashlight. The fit is perfect! I love the stiffness of this case. There is also an elastic band around the middle of the case to make sure that whatever you slide into it, isn't going to accidentally slide out. It doesn't slide around on my belt and feels like it is going to have many years of everyday use out of it. I have yet to be disappointed in Maxpedition's quality.

To reply to customers who say it is floppy...
It's really heavy duty, it's really snug fitting. It's nothing to write home about but it does the job. I got it for the pd35 from Fenix. There is a way to resolve the "floppy" issue.Take two of the "Grimlock" Drings. If you are familiar with these you know they have this little plastic strip that your slide straps under so the Dring holds in place more securely. You will have to saw off about half of the longer strip. On this sheath there are a total of three...uhm...strap...loops?... I guess is one way to describe it. One on the "cover" flap. One on the top of the sheath, one at the bottom. Fix the grimlock Drings to the top and the bottom and then simply clip them on your belt. Depending on the placement of your beltloops,This will affix the sheath in a way where it will not move /at all/... though it does mean your sheath will be horizontal instead of vertical..as to the actual belt loop, I have a rescue hook knife with a hard sheath that has a belt clip on the back, I found that sliding it into the "belt" slot and clipping it to the back of the belt loop holds it in place wonderfully.Yeah, it could have been a little better engineered, but this fixes the floppiness wonderfully. It doesn't even move when I'm running full out or doing jumping jacks..Hope this helps someone..

Perfect sheath if you own a Thrunite TT-20
Best sheath for this flashlight. Actually, any flashlight with similar dimensions. I've had a it for a few months and I wear it daily; and pulling my light in and putting it back in multiple times, I think the Velcro will last a long time. The stitching is hardcore 2 double stitching. It has a hole with a metal grommet at the bottom so if you accidentally turn your light on, hopefully you'll catch it before it kills your battery. Can't really say much that's bad a out the sheath, it's kinda expensive, but I think it's worth it. And if you're like me , who has bbeen looking at multiple sheaths for a long time looking for the perfect one, then pull the trigger on it.PS:SILVER PAINT ON TOP COVER IS MY OWN FAULT. IT DID NOT COME LIKE THAT.

Solid and great fit
Fits my new Fenix PD35 perfectly. Solidly built like everything I have from Maxpedition.Update: 2 years later and this case is still holding the flashlight securely and remains solidly connected to my day carry pack. No significant wear or tear worth mentioning so I can still highly recommended this item!

not quite to Maxpedition standard
the Molle sleeve was so narrow it was a struggle to get it in.. and I could not connect it the way I normally do, but I can live with it.. Slightly longer than the mag version, otherwise its the usual Maxpedition stuff
