Let me be honest. I bought this late one night when I found out my German Sheppard goes nuts for laser pointers. I thought I was getting a laser pointer that took real batteries, not those stupid button batteries that never last - I was wrong.This is a flashlight folks. I realized that when I unboxed it. I was disappointed and put it in the knife drawer in the kitchen thinking I'd use it sometimes as the need arose. Well - now it has been several months and I have to say I use it all the time. It's perfectly bright. It always works and it is quite sturdy. I go for it now when I have home improvement projects, when I need to go check outside the house at night because the dogs are barking and I love it.Long way to say that's it is a poor laser pointer to use to entertain your pet, but it is a fabulous tool for around the house. I use it more than I use my tactical flashlight or my led maglight (not that I would give up the other two, however, it is an addition, not a replacement).

Very bright, very handy, a name you can trust. What's not to love?

I got this for my wife, who is a nurse, for Christmas and I probably should have done some more research because it's too bright for medical use (or so I was told).However the light itself is a good buy even if it doesn't meet the use I had intended it for. It's bright and compact and now my wife keeps it in the console of her car for emergencies

This slim flashlight can easily be slipped into a tote bag, purse, or briefcase so that you have a light source under any circumstances, such as a blackout. I find it quite useful when doing laundry and shining the flashlight into the washing machine, as well as dryer, to make sure the prior person doing laundry did not leave any article of clothing, such as socks that blend in with the washing machine or dryer's interior. It's always good to have a portable flashlight available whether you're doing laundry or you're out and about.

My favorite thing about this light is the smooth, cylindrical body. Too many of the penlight-style flashlights have bulbous ends or textured bodies that make them difficult to stick in a pocket. This light's smooth, tapered body is easy to shove in a tight side pocket.The light is reasonably bright, the clicking action on the tail button is solid and satisfying.My chief complaint is how loosely the batteries fit inside the barrel of the light. They rattle around a bit, and sometimes seem to have too much room in the length as well, causing the light to dim or flicker. I may play around with putting some aluminum foil in there or stretching out the spring to tighten things up.

So I got this for a cat toy. I thought it would produce a small dot. Instead the light comes through a slightly textured clear plastic cap that is the size of a pencil eraser. It acts like a mini light bulb for hard to reach or small dark places. The capacity to illuminate things seems sufficient for perhaps a mechanic. However this product does not function as a cat toy. I would have returned it, but I tried to put sharpee on the clear plastic cap, to block out all but a dot of light. This is how I found out the cap is textured and that sharpee doesn't work effectively on the plastic material the cap is made out of.

I needed a small pen light for a tool bag. This fits the bill perfectly! Happy with the quality and purchase
