Al principio todo esta bien pero conforme el tiempo empezo a fallar de la bateria

Slechte aankoop van mijn leven. Voorheen ook een turtle beach headset gehad. Die was top! De nieuwe variant is helaas een enorme downgrade. Minder bereik, slechter gehoor, meer ruis en een slechte connectie die vaak uitvalt.

UPDATE!After speaking to customer service, it turns out I just had to switch my USB receiver into a different USB control. Not a different port in the same area, but a different source all together. In my case, this meant instead of plugging it into one of the BACK ports, I had to plug it into the FRONT ports. Basically, from what support described, it sounds like the USB ports on the back of my PC were getting 'overloaded' from having too many other USB devices plugged in. This explains why my last headset was having the same problem. Now after having used the headset for a few weeks, after switching the USB receiver to the front, it works perfectly fine. I love this headset! Thanks support!See my original review below:This is the second Turtle Beach I have owned, and this one has the same problem as my last one. At random times, the sound will start to sound like static. Sometimes, it get's so bad, that the sound will completely drop out, and it will continue to cut in and out for a while. This is incredibly frustrating because it's unpredictable. When there's no interference, it works great and it sounds awesome. But I don't know if this is a Turtle Beach problem, or a problem in my home. It's not like we have an abnormal number of wireless devices. 2 Phones, 3-4 tablets, a wifi printer.Other than that they are great. I LOVE the cooling gel omg. That was the selling point for me honestly. They are super comfy and I can go hours without any discomfort. But that interference...it's just such a pain and I wish I could figure out how to stop it.I'd be interested to know if anyone else has the same problem...
