I have a lot of hair but it’s thin! I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner together for 10 months! My hair is thicker and is growing faster (even though my hair always grows fast). Have been using the shampoo and conditioner for several years - and while I think I see some difference, there is no miracle - perhaps if I used the other products it might help but it sure didn't keep my hair from turning white! Actually that happened when I quit dying it! Seriously, I have baby fine hair - straight - and now white. I was hoping for more texture when I went 'gray' but to no avail. At least it is not falling out anymore!

I have painfully thin hair that breaks but this at least is giving it a chance to grow out and look shiny. I have used around five bottles of this.
