This was another master piece, Tyler Perry did it again. I love how Tyler Perry believes in giving others a chance and once he discovers a persons gifts and talents he continues to use them and God allows their gifts to continue to make room for them. Mr. Palmer killed it, he is multi-talented and he really allowed God to really use him and you can fell the ANOINTING ministring through the singing, praying, and acting.The whole cast was extra-ordinary and deserve a standing ovation for a job well done. I love the whole play but the ending was by far superb, the HOLY SPIRIT SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!!! This play delivered the message that Tyler Perry was driving home, I will not spoil it for any one by giving away any information you must go out and purchase it for your self and see how GOD was speaking.

I purchase and closely review all of Tyler Perry's products and this play was simply awesome! This play deals with reality in a very, very funny manner. I was cracking up. And, the vocals were off the chart!!! Kudos to you, Tyler, for addressing aspects of life in an entertaining manner that touches the very hearts of the people who watch it. It's a great thing when you can laugh your way right up to the truth, and deal with the reality of facing your mess at the same time. Not only was this play funny, but I found it to be a useful tool in ministry. Funny, yet flavored with reality! I loved it and you will, too! Two Thumbs Up!

This will absolutely not be a waste of time. I thought this play was so hilarious with some hard truths; the hard truths which deal with the level of faithfulness a person can have and how particular circumstances can test that. Our actions/ decisions can sometimes lead us into trouble. I really liked the concept of someone being away in the army and how was that used to illustrate that point. Tyler Perry did it again in this play with the humor, the talented singers/actors and the stirring songs themselves such as "pray more". "Mrs. Hattie" and Palmer Williams Jr. really headline this play!! In all seriousness, we have to ask God to help us stand in and not waiver in testing situations.

In times of war, the bond between husband and wife can be tested to the limits. When that bond has been broken and that sacred oath betrayed, the returning spouse must fight another battle - to continue fighting as a soldier or to fight as a spouse who must try to save and protect their marriage.When a married couple has been together for so long, 9 times out of 10 they are together until they die but that 1 must find away to be happy again and 99% of the time it takes almost losing that one person who has been through thick and thin with you to realize that you still love them as much as the day you met.

Palmer Williams Jr. is an excellent actor. Adultery is outside of God's will but common among man. The world depicts men as the only ones who are unfaithful and women are always forgiving. The world also leads us to believe that if a woman is unfaithful, the man will walk away because he cannot handle knowing that his woman was with someone else - even if they are guilty of the same thing. This play shows that with God, ALL things are truly possible and that love does cover a multitude of sin - regardless of who the guilty party is. It also allows us to see, without embarrasing the church or Christ that Christian families, including leadership, deal with the same issues as everyone else but ultimately, surrender their lives to God's will because we know it's for our good and His glory.

I have seen practically all of Tyler Perry's plays and have become accustomed to the thin plots and weak acting deliveries, but the story line in this play was surprisingly good and the actors are actually believable. Even the quality of the singing is MUCH better compared to others of Mr Perry's recent plays. And if you've been nostalgic for Madea, Brown, or Uncle Joe, the characters portrayed by Palmer Williams (Floyd from House of Payne) and PATRICE LOVELY (my new fav) will more than fill that void. While this is still a Tyler Perry play (not Broadway), it was definitely worth renting and has now been added to my library.PS. Ms Patrice...you totally rocked this play lady!

When I see Tyler Perry on a play or movie, I have to add it to my collection because I know it will be brill. I would recommend it for the whole family. I have watched it over and over and it's still funny!
