KA-BAR7001BP Jarosz Rambler Skeleton Knife, 2.5"

Se ve bien, pero no la he abierto. No se que tan afilada viene, no que tanto dura el filo.

Fue un regalo de cumpleaños para mi hermano. Quedó muy satisfecho con la calidad y diseño.

I know some have knocked the Kabar skeleton knives for being made overseas and being made of 5cr, but seriously it's a 12 dollar knife (others are cheaper like 8-10 bucks) and like most tools that are treated well and used in the proper application it will serve you well. Came sharp, sheath was not a super great fit but it's not a neck knife for me, I'm piggy backing it on another knife for smaller and finer detail cutting to save my larger blade's edge. I kept the sheath to use as a liner in an old maglite sheath, and fits really well in it.

IMO this is a great little knife. Sharp & slim it takes up very little space & it's rather light. It's a perfect utility knife capable for a multitude of tasks. I'd say it was a 5 Star knife if the sheath was better & provided more carry options. Also Ka-Bar should consider some jimping on the spine for better control.

So I bought this knife with a 10 dollar gift card on a whim without much research. I've seen reviews of high end ka bars and I have had favorable experiences with other companies budget knives. so I thought what the hell and bought it. when it arrived the knife was very sharp and light which is what I expected but the sheath was crap. would have been better to come with a cloth/cardboard cover. however I still gave it 4 stars because after spending 5 minutes with my heat gun I was able to make the knife hold in its sheath much better. not my go to neck knife , but definitely something I would feel ok in my pocket or bag (after fixing the sheath) and for the money it was a no brainer.
