This stuff is great!
The pics are the before/after from my first attempt, and I had to fill a wide gap from 2 missing teeth. This stuff dries to like a hard rubber and fits snuggly/comfortably in place- I can eat with it in, no problem, and it sure beats the 800 bucks my dentist wanted for just a flipper! And again, it was my first try, and I'm ok with it simply because it fills that gap well, and since it's in the lower row of teeth it barely shows when I smile. No one seems to even notice but boy they sure noticed the huge gap that was there! You receive plenty of the beads to use later on, too. A helpful hint: once you take them out of the hot water, throw 'em back if you're not satisfied with how the shaping's going so far- it'll turn clear and pliable again. If you wait too long it'll start turning white/hard and then it's too late to change it. I'm happy with this product!!

Guess which tooth
I swear my dentist jinxed me. While explaining the mandatory dental work I needed (60k ha.ha.) the tech said my front teeth were going to break soon bc they are “bonded” and she’s surprised they haven’t already broke. (not in 35 years). So any who, I ordered this after looking at the reviews. Mostly for the pick set. It came by the next morning and I didn’t use it. But 3 days after scheduling my appt for the (17th), my front tooth broke. Not chipped. Broke in layers like I’d imagine the Grand Canyon to break away. It was also 11p on a Saturday. Awesome. My 4 year old daughter isn’t going to stop talking about my tooth now, she is going to tell everyone, and she is going to want to analyze it and know every dang detail about the shituation as well as show anyone she tells. Then I contemplated becoming a dentist at midnight on a Sunday. I thought about how the tech specifically told me not to use the easy fix cement kits because it can damage the tooth more. I was absolutely defiant because dealing with my 4 yr old would’ve been way worse than getting an implant. But I’m getting ahead of myself.I contemplated this for a good hour. Had my tools set out. My ring light mirror. Kids were sleeping. I was feeling brave. I dumped more than 8-10 beads (as instructed)(always follow instructions, not reviews). And nothing happened. I tried to mush one, maybe mine were stale. Or mine were as “quick” as the prototype. So I sat there, bummed tf out for like 10 mins. This always happens to me. I am now going to be a 4 yr olds clown. But I was determined.I had to actually boil the water for it to become clear and moldable. Once that happened it was a piece of cake. It took like 3 tries, but the gentle, constructive, instructions push you to try again. The color is also definitely noticeable in natural sunlight, so make sure you do surrounding teeth also. And I barely review anything (4 yr old, remember?) but I was raised, you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours. So here I am leaving a review to let everyone know...this is what you want for a quick, temporary, cheap, easy, fix/alternative of a tooth’s shape, color, size etc.

What a waste of time
My top back molar broke in half and it was a little jagged which cut my tongue so I bought this to fit over top on the broken piece and fill in the hole it left into my gums. I made this like it said and fitted it into the socket and over my molar. It fit really well for about 2 hours. But but material is like a hard rubber, not like a hard ceramic. So over time the thinnest pieces of the molded tooth loosens and it will just pop right out. It does not stick to your tooth at all. It is held in place by the fit which loosens over time within a couple of hours.I redid the tooth mold 3 different times and the same thing happened each time. It will fit really well and snugly for about 2 hours and after that it will loosen up and just fall out. Don't even think you can eat with this in, it loosens right up and falls out which is a choking hazard. The particles of food stick to this really bad and have to be cleaned off. But each time you pop this mold out and pop it back in, it loosens the fit and after a couple of times of doing this it won't fit snugly any longer and falls right out.The beads are worthless but the mouth mirror, dental probe and tweezers are of good quality. The only tool I will actually use though is the mouth mirror. So in my opinion you are really just paying for the tools, the actual repair kit is worthless. When it says temporary, they mean temporary like 2 hours. But it's a choking hazard because you cannot eat with this, sleep with it or drink with it in your mouth.

Lifesaver
It took me a few tries but this stuff is a lifesaver. I almost have it as I really want it but it has taken me a few tries. This stuff is great for an emergency use, when you cannot get to the Dentist. The tooth that I made has lasted for almost two weeks but it is time to make a new one. This makes it worth the investment. You really only need to but tweezers and the beads but it is good to have the dental tools with it. Great product!
