I'm in the middle of the road on this product. I bought this for my Helix 7 DI GPS unit to protect the screen. Removing the protector from the backing is a big challenge, especially with wet soapy hands as the direction calls for. Getting it perfectly aligned while applying is impossible do don't bother. With the dispute water I thought that would make it somewhat sorry on the surface of my fish finder but that is not the case. After applying and removing and applying a few times I finally got it close but of course now I have a bunch of dust and a hair or two between the protector and screen. It's on there though but had some fogging which is common with applying screen protectors so time will tell. I have another Helix 7 that I need a protector for but honestly I'm not sure if I'll be buying this version for it or not.

While this is touted as some kind of scientific miracle, it's really just a clear piece of semi adhesive film. Think thick clear window tint. It is definitely not worth this much money, even though it comes with a fancy box and a plastic card and lens cloth. I guess it's all that's out there for this size screen, unfortunately.

I've installed many phone screen covers and other screen covers. usually in the packaging you receive some stickers/guides to help place the protector on the device. But this thing came with nothing but a rag and a plastic card. The rag is 2 x 3 inches. Hardly good for anything. The plastic card is supposed to help get bubbles out of the screen. But once the screen is on the glass surface good luck getting out the bubbles. No application stickers to help you place it right. Just a bad product experience, and something I'm planning to return. Avoid this one, folks.

It’s a thin film That doesn’t even match up in size with the unit screen. Do not purchase.
