Q: will these cut on a curve for around toliet. also do they have a scorer on them?

No scorer. They will not cut on a true curve. You’d have to trace the curve on the tile and “chip” to the line and the gently around curve. It will of course not be a smooth curve but somewhat jagged and sharpe. So you would want to hide cuts under the toilet, not left visible around it.

If it is this Venetian Glass Tile the one you mean, it indeed works; though this other nipper http://www.amazon.com/Jennifers-Mosaics-Wheeled-Glass-Nippers/dp/B001687W5G/ref=sr_1_1?s=arts-crafts&ie=UTF8&qid=1444181320&sr=1-1&keywords=tools+mosaicwas specifically created for what you need and it is a little bit better and more accurate.The Compound Tile Nipper, in my opinión, works better with materials like porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles and marble tiles.

Yes, I used them on plates and tiles. The pliers are strong and work great, I made a very nice mosaic with them.

Yes. It will allow almost three quarters of an inch max. So half inch cuts are easy. As well as smaller cuts.
