Plenty More: Vibrant Vegetable Cooking from London's Ottolenghi [A Cookbook]

Not a complete vegetarian cookbook
Mostly insubstantial, starter or side dishes. If you want hearty vegetarian meals this doesn't really hit the spot. I haven't tried a recipe yet but, given the author, they should be good, just not main dishes in my view.

Fantastic!!!!
Wow, where to start! Ottolenghi is a magician of taste, and you do get a "drama in the mouth". I tried so far 5 recipes from the book. Every time, it is such a success. It is an ultimate book to feel like a chef :) and to cook great things with accessible ingredients And cooking utensils. I am such a great of this book, that I want to buy other books of Ottolenghi! So far, I own almost all the range of Phaidon cookbooks, but this is a first book that contains recipes that I am sure to cook each of those!!!!

This book is inspirational. I may not follow the recipes exactly but I don't think that matters - what it has done is opened my eyes to new ways of doing things and new ingredients. My larder now holds many new herbs and condiments and vegetables no longer seem to be supporting acts, they're centre stage now!

Yummy
Since I've gone vegan I have adapted most of the recipes in this book. Absolutely delicious and easy to make - just a few 'unusual' ingredients need buying sometimes. However, first few pages detached soon after purchase.

Excellent I love it!
I loved Plenty and have really enjoyed the recipes. Plenty More is also full of wonderful vegetarian recipes. Instructions are clear, recipes easy to follow and not too comp!located. Good illustrations - which actually do look like what you end up with!!! Thoroughly recommend both this and Plenty.
