Soft body curl
I have shoulder length, fine hair. A bit of heat, put in roller, gentle curl results. Velcro breaks my hair, so these work best for me. Too hard to sleep in. Easy to use but don't stay in if you move around too much. Maybe cover with a head scarf etc.to secure.

Great Hair Rollers!!
Great rollers at a great price. They gave me my curls back. These are just like the ones I used to have a long long time ago, but, not quite as tough. Still, they are great to have again. I do recommend these (5 Stars) I purchased a few packs of them and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a nice simple hair roller.

These hair rollers are easy to use and give great results. I have fine very long hair and they are gentle on my hair and give my hair a nice wave with body and bounce.
