Excellent book. Goes very deep in explaining different types of energies and balances such as high energy and deep relaxation. Really enjoyed the book.

This book found me and I found myself again... As a communication support worker for deaf young people in further education I consider myself to be an excellent communicator. I’m an excellent communicator for other people but I had somehow lost the ability to be able to communicate for myself. This book allowed me to look at myself and those around me and identify through examples in the book how to improve not just my own communication but how I now allow others to communicate better with me. A superb read throughout, thought provoking and difficult to put down.
