I got this on sale for $14.99 because I am home schooling and they usually have sand tables in kindergarten (I have a five year old). The kids loved this set. So did myself, my husband and my brother and his gf. It is so fun and feels great. Much easier to clean up then play doh. A steal at the price I got it. It is often $14.99 for just one bag of sand and this came with two sands and several tools. We keep the sand in freezer bags and it works great. Zero buyer's remorse on this one. Great for anyone. Quite therapeutic really.

great kit! My kids love it
My boys (3.5yrs and 1.5yrs) both love this set, it has a really good amount of sand and enough tools for them both to play with. Clean up isn't too bad either, I bought a silicone mat to play on and can vacuum up whatever little bits fall on the floor (I do supervise when the little one plays too)

As advertised
Lets get the elephant in the room out of the way first. This kinetic sand will stick and colour will come off IF and ONLY IF your hands are wet. This is coming from personal experience after washing the tools that came with it. Once my hands are dried, the kinetic sand will come off easily and quite honestly, I'm impressed with the product so far.I have a 2 yrs old at home (I know the box says this Kinetic Sand is for 3+) and he started playing with them instantly. Trying to chop it up and put it back together. A very nice plaything! I would recommend it to any parents and those planning to gift to other toddlers.

For kids of all ages ;)
This was a gift (not for a child, lol!) and went over really well. I thought this would be more fun and more value for money than a zen garden I was going to buy, and it was a good choice. It was for someone to use on breaks from an office job and they really appreciated it & said it's so relaxing.The sand os high quality, stays together well, and is not messy. The colors are vibrant and it also doesn't smell, on case anyone is sensitive to that. Good quantity of sand and lots of fun tools to use with it. Great gift - even for adults!
