UV protection is pretty good, I have had some outside for a couple years now and it is slowly starting to fade a little. If using on a boat as a wrap it will not give you the lasting effects you want, it will peel under traveling water pressure on the boat when in use.

The product is 3mil which is equal to 0.0762mm

Q: can this vinyl be used as projector screen border ?

if you are planning to reflect on it then I don't think it will serve its purpose.

Q: Is this good vinyl to use with my cricut?

Yes, I bought it and have used it with my cricut. I will give you a tip. If you aren't cutting a 12x12 piece just move the plastic cover from the sticky mat down a bit. If not then the vinyl roll sticks to the mat and is a pain to get off.
