Professional tool
This scan tool is not for the novice, if you have no prior experience with this type of full Function scan tool its not for you.I had difficulties trying to get it to work for me, I ended up returning it. I believe its a very good diognostic tool in the right hands, but I will purchase something more user friendly for a novice user.

Low cost tool with Professional options
My nephew did a tune up on his car and developed an engine skip. Trying to diagnose with a code reader just was not working out. He mentioned he had a CRP123E launch tool so I plugged that in and found that it had a misfire on cylinder 4. looking at that Sparkplug I found that it had NO GAP it must have been dropped and closed the gap. I re-gapped the plug and solved the misfire. After using his scan tool I had to purchase a CRP123X for myself! it sure helps having this in anybody's tool box!

Awesome scanner!
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic product, I used it to check the engine light on my Chevy because it was running rough. Figured out with the scanner that one of my o2 sensors was bad!!! Super easy to use
