These brushes were poorly constructed. Bristles coming out the bottom of the metal crimping. Some kind of glue (who knows) firmly attached within the bristles that won't wash out. Stay away from this company and any of their cousins selling the brand.

I tried using these brushes to apply a simple acrylic base coat on a canvas and was very frustrated. The brushes lost so many bristles that I just gave up and switched to a brush I trusted. Great if you don't mind half the brush ending up in your painting.

The bristles were nice and provided even coating of a wood stain; however, the bristles on the large brush completely detached from the ferrule after about 3 minutes of use.

appears to be quality, but not sturdy for semi-gloss paint use

I'm not sure how to rate, 'value for the money'.They were very inexpensive and that is howthey performed. I would not use on a seriousproject.
