Ordered multiple sets and aligned horizontally in laundry room. Connected 4 rods together to make one long pole. Used wood stud finder and fastened provided screws into 2”x4” wood studs inside wall. Mounted high enough so that the racks can remain open all the time, no one hits their head on them, and the laundry door can open and close without hitting the racks.

I thought this would be a good idea to have in a small space that can be folded when not in use. I is fairly lightweight aluminum but looks like it would do what it was intended. I found out that it did not have any mounting hardware included which makes it difficult to install since it needs a special type of hook to fit into the back side. I was going to return it or get a replacement when I was told I would be fully refunded and no need to return the item. Without the mounting hardware it is pretty much useless. Not sure if this is a recurring problem or I just got a bad box?

It's so difficult

Fell off the wall. Had to get new wall anchors. Doesn't open and close smoothly so I mostly just keep it open.

Plain and simple. I found another brand that was not as bulky - wide. I wanted the racks to be not so visible if I closed them and looked more like art on the wall.
