Perfect Keto has done a great job with this product. It allows you to really fine-tune your BHB intake, with these BHB pills. No messy mixes, no measuring... Just take two capsules and you're set. I personally take two, three times a day. They really work to stave off hunger while I am early in my keto-adaption phase. These, in conjunction with a C8 compound help me reach my goals, by helping to suppress my appetite, and increasing my blood ketones throughout the day. I know what you’re thinking....who would count the pills...but imagine the look on my face when I open a brand new bottle and count them all (several times over) and only arrive at 56 pills... hmm

I absolutely love this product, but after continually coming up 1 capsule short at the bottom of the jar- I decided to count the capsules in my new bottle.Low & behold, there is only 59 like Ive received 3 times now, AND there’s a busted capsule in the jar.I tried to do a replacement, but they want me to send this opened jar back... and I dont want the hassle of being out of supplements for a few more days......so if you dont mind that you might be shorted a capsule or two- GREAT PRODUCT!If you want absolutely everything you paid for... Id pass. Ive consistently gotten 59/60 capsules.

To soon to say if it works I just got the product but I do need to state that after reading one of the comments that another buyer bought the pills and said she only received 59 capsules then found one busted inside her container I was curious and counted myself. I did receive all 60 BUT I did find that some of the capsules were not full all the way!! Some looked very well packed with the powder and quite a few were not you could see that it was missing product. But I will still try it and see if it works.EDIT REVIEW: I returned product did not work for me.

I only take one capsule in the am and I have energy all day. I walk about alot, average 15,000 steps a day and this helps me keep movingSuppresses the appetite as well
