Not sealed.
It was not sealed which I didn't like at all, but the smell and consistency were alright, it didn't look fake so I decided to keep it. I wouldn't buy it again, I like that cosmetics come with a sealing plastic which proves that are original and haven't been used before.

Great value
I'm a rimmel mascara fan anyway but this was so cheap it's ridiculous! I use it everyday and as with all rimmel mascara it gets better in terms of consistency after 3 or 4 uses. The brush is and excellent shape for long lashes and it washes off super easy

Cheap & Great!
This mascara is amazing. Lengthening mascara always fails me but this adds volume and length and looks like I've used eye curlers, creating a false eyelash effect for those who hate false lashes. It's also not expensive.
