Great product!
This product is very sturdy for a 7 month old to play with and a 3 year old. All the products that came with it also hold up to rough play. Love how it has counting and colors as well as the instrument noises or where they fall in the instrument family.

My Nephew Loves It
My nephew absolutely loves it. I went on a search for a sensory toys my brother pointed me to numerous things, most of these were cheap Chinese tat, the kind of stuff you get from wish. This is an amazing toy for any child with sensory needs. Best uncle award at Christmas right here. The only thing is when I was looking (this was months ago) you can't seem to get other instruments easily. But what it does have is bright colourful lights and sounds, it's not fiddly and there's little fuss with batteries. It engages him and it's nice to see him almost study what each sound and colour does. Next Mozart me thinks ladies and gents

Ideal for disabled children - Great sensory features
Purchased for my 6 year old Nephew who is blind, cannot walk or talk and has learning difficulties. I wanted to get him something more 'grown up'. This is fantastic as it is small enough to put in a carry bag and take to places, in the car etc. It is great as it really encourages him to move and insert certain parts of the toy to make different noises. He is getting more comfortable with using it and seems to enjoy it. I'm impressed as I've never seen anything like it - usually toys like this are very bulky so it's a nice size to work with. It has two volume settings which is great also if children are sensitive to noise/sounds. I really recommend it to anyone looking for something different, tactile and engaging for young ones.

Bop along!
The Rocking Rocktopus is a decent sized toy but thankfully not something that takes up a huge amount of space. In the pack is the octopus with 4 instruments attached plus another 2 that can be swapped out. Switching it on it lights up – very colourful! Then you get to pick a game option – number game (which instrument plays the most, number sequencing), mix and match music and Pop and Rock – hitting the instruments which turn a certain colour. The three buttons at the front just tend to play a few noises and can slow down or speed it up. It does get a bit repetitive if you don’t do as it asks within a certain amount of time so it will ask again and will then go on standby if nothing is done so thankfully it doesn’t keep going and saves the battery (which is included). Kids can also then create their own music which is quite fun and I like you’ve also got the option of downloading the app to make a music video. It’s great for keeping their attention while it’s asking for them to do things which it does quite clearly but I feel by 6 it’s less likely to hold their attention. It also doesn’t really show off the instruments much – they will play tunes but you’d need to show them outside of the toy what the instrument is and how it works. Overall though, it’s colourful and lets them be creative with music.
