My old, trusted 1080p monitor has gradually lost its sensitivity to the HDMI input signal. As such, it started showing garbage/noise and losing sync at random times, until it eventually denied to present any image. Being shorter means lower resistance and lower interference. Being shielded, also means lower interference. Having read other reviews here, I decided to buy two (they're not expensive after all).Believe the reviews. Work well, excellent quality, well packaged. Yes, there are more expensive cables with thicker screening ; however those are no better than this inexpensive but great quality lead.Highly recommended.

I've ordered two of these and both did not work as described. Seem ok for HD but not for 4k ultra HD. Roku comes up with errors. Netflix only displays hd. Tested against a more expensive hdmi cable and this product is definitely a dud.
