Justin Bieber Icing Art Image Cake Topper

GREAT customer service. USPS had bent the envelope, and I was worried about it ruining it, but e-mailed customer service and they were quick to offer to replace if needed, but gave me a great solution. It worked. Party went off without a hitch. It did prove to be a bit difficult to put on, but that was only because I didn't put it in the freezer first. After I did that for a minute, it worked perfect. And I only got a 1/4 sheet cake, and just had to cut it a bit to fit.TOTALLY WORTH IT.

I placed this order with hope that I would get it in 4 business days with free super saver shipping. I wrote the company and I said Please hurry. They responded and said they would do there best. My back up plan was a store bought cake. WELLLLL, I got it in Time. I feel the company went above and beyond to make me the customer happy and the excitement on my 7 Year old Niece's face will be priceless.I baked the cake, lightly frosted it and applied the Justin Bieber icing Art Image, added a bit of sprinkles and that's it. Very easy to apply and Super easy.

The cake topper arrived and was in perfect condition although shipped in a regular "Do not Bend" envelope. The cake topper was very simple to apply to the cake. The purple was very vivid and the cake looked great. The cakes created with this company's toppers easily look bakery made. Would buy another in the future.

These were ok but it's Justin Bieber so no one cared.

Very good communication from company. It was rather blue instead of purple;however, my daughter did not care and loved her cake.
