Good safe way of keeping your batteries organised
When it arrived, it looked so small, I thought my batteries wouldn't fit. I use the Pentax D-Li90, which is around the standard size for big dSLRs. Well, the pockets on this bag "expand" well and they hold the batteries in place very well, with the velcro doing a good job of protecting the batteries from getting into contact with anything that could damage them. Here's a tip: If the batteries are full, put them in contacts-first. Then, when you put an empty battery in, put it in contacts-last. that way you know which batteries are fresh.

Nice product
Great item. Secure velcro fastening. Easily holds 4 x EN-EL15's. My only suggestion would be to have the velcro fasteners lower down the front of the case (or a longer strip) to allow the option to pull the flap down a bit more. With the EN-EL15's the flap would fold down another 2cm making it a bit smaller and the batteries even more secure (every bit of space is precious when out and about with camera gear!). Might try to add to additional velcro myself ....

Just What I Needed - Updated: avoid
Having moved to Sony I quickly discovered their batteries don't have clip on covers like Canon ones do, and I hate having loose batteries in my bag - very dangerous really. This is perfect, it holds the Sony A7 battery with ease in each pouch. I always have two spare A7 batteries in it together with 4 spare AA batteries for my flash. If work picks up again and I go back to twin photographer projects I'll be getting at least one more of these, possibly two. It fits perfectly into the front pocket of my camera bag. Well made, great price.###Update a few months down the line###I have now changed my star rating to reflect how this product fairs in use - it has fallen apart. The stitching between two of the compartments has come away and is now useless at holding batteries, and this was with light use only in my studio, taking batteries in and out every other week. Just goes to show, quality comes at a price, and this, being cheap, is not quality.

OK for price paid 2021, but 2022 price not worth it.
There isn't a massive amount of choice when it comes to battery storage options. I've typically stored my batteries in various pouches, but as my camera inventory increases (I buy a new one and can't part with the old) then so does the amount of batteries I have. The Neewer pouch is the perfect size for the EN-EL15* batteries, in fact, all of my Nikon cameras batteries are compatible, size-wise. It is a tight fit, but I guess that's what you want.My rating is as follows:Travelling: 3 stars - yes, it's good to have them compartmentalised, but provides no temperature or impact protection.Sturdiness: It's a nylon pouch, with no passing. Stitching on the flap is fairly robust, but as someone else pointed out, it's not particularly good between compartments and I suspect frequent use would cause this to tear. I've been very conscious of this and have treated it with kid-gloves.Value for money: I've bought two of these at £10.49 and £10.99 in June of 2021. They are now £15.49, in January 2022! This is quite some mark up, and not in line with what I would have expected, considering the quality of the materials. If you can, look elsewhere at some of the (somewhat limited) alternatives there are, or consider something for storing more than just batteries as they seem to offer better protection.

A must-have for multiple GoPro batteries on the go!
I ordered this case specifically to hold a bunch of GoPro batteries for lengthy bike rides, and two Hero4 or Hero7 batteries easily slide into each of the compartments, giving a safe and practical means to store and carry a total of 8 batteries. I can chuck the case into my rucksack, knowing the batteries are well protected from physical damage and with no possibility of the battery contacts coming into contact with anything. The case itself is very well made (I've bought Neewer gear before for filmmaking and found it to be very well made, especially at the price), the stitching is perfect and although the outer two compartments are both *slightly* wider than the inner two, maybe by a millimetre, this is just down to the way the outer compartments expand because they are not compressed between anything else.I store my used batteries in the left hand compartments and fresh batteries are picked from the right hand compartments, ensuring I never fit an exhausted battery by mistake. I only have the Hero4 and Hero7 so cannot comment regarding any other size of GoPro battery, but there is room to spare for larger variants I'm sure.I would definitely buy another for my GH3 and GH4 batteries!
