Merkaba Meditation 2 & Unity Breath

This is a very good guided Meditation on the Merkaba and it is done exactly the way it is supposed to be, with no changes. It is very helpful in learning the Merkaba the right way. It is recommended that you learn the Merkaba from a certified instructor, and this mp3 would then be used as a guide.

It is impossible to meditate with this CD. She talks so fast that I am unable to follow with such speed. I think it meant to listen, memorize and meditate on your own.

I bought this to have a guided meditation of the Merkaba.The album is about 43 minutes long which contains a quad-druplicate of most of the tracks. I contacted Amazon to tellthem to tell the vender of this.The meditation was great but the value of purchasingthe album was not.

Maureen St Germain was on Coast to Coast AM and knocked her segment out of the park. I ordered this and the first Merkaba as well as the book. Upon receipt, but after tearing off the plastic I saw this warning on the back "...It is not permissible to use this CD if you are someone who has not taken the Flower of Life Workshop from a licensed facilitator." Don't you think you should have mentioned this to the listeners??? The CD has zero meaning and zero value now, thanks Maureen. Buyer beware!

Used this alot until I could do it on my own. Very easy to follow. A slow version and a quicker version. It was definitely worth the investment.
