Q: running 24 hours a day how long would a 500 ml bottle of oil last at a medimum intensity?

It is always best to use the timer system to cut down on oil use when you can, A 500ml could last from 1-3 months depending on use, I would say with these setting it would last a month.

Q: Can it be set to run when blower is running and shut off when the blower shuts off ?

it has a time windows you can set but can not set with blower automatically. I bought to connect to HVAC but ended up putting in oir living room and it works for almost whole house. it depends on the size of the house and design.

Q: Has anyone had problem smelling the fragrance when connected to hvac? i have the same model and couldn’t smell it at all.

The line needs to be above the coil on your furnace and make sure the only bend is the one out of the unit so the oil does not collect in a bend and not evacuate from the tube. Mine works great.

Does not worth the price difference with similar models on Amazon.

There are other diffuser on Amazon that are more than 50% cheaper, this one does not worth the price premium, as well as they are selling their "oil" as if it was gold.
