Easy to take.
I bought this for my teen ager. I wanted him to get some zinc supplement in this Covid time. At first he didn t like the taste but after all he takes it easily.But I won t buy it again because there is fructose, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, mannitol...which is not good. Stevia would have been enough and if so, I would have bought it again for sure.
