Just because your grocer keeps this in the refrigerated section does not mean that it needs to be refrigerated. Actually, all Renew Life products are shelf stable up until 200 degrees for seven consecutive days. I'm not sure why grocery stores insist on causing this confusion by putting Renew Life products in the refrigerator, but I wish they would stop.
